Hemingway Development began the multi-million dollar redevelopment of 6555 Carnegie in December 2012. The building was previously used as an aviation manufacturing facility and Halle Department Store warehouse. Building renovation included the installation of glass windows on the entire eastern facing wall, re-orienting the building toward the Campus and installation of brand new mechanicals, elevators, and stairwells. Radio One recently built a new HQ facility on the first floor, and Abeona Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company, call this Building home.
